Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to the TidyFrame app for Mac and to this website. TidyFrame is made and sold by Geethika Tatiparthi, an independent developer based in India ("we"). By downloading or using TidyFrame you agree to these terms.

Free trial

You can use every feature of TidyFrame free for 7 days. After the trial, a license is needed to keep using it.

License

When you buy TidyFrame you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on the Macs you own or use. Please don't share, resell or publish your license key, and don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.

A license includes all TidyFrame 1.x updates. Future major versions may be offered separately.

Payment

Purchases are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the seller's payment provider and handles payment, taxes and receipts under Gumroad's terms. TidyFrame is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. If you have a problem with your purchase or license, write to info@tidyframe.app and we'll help.

Permissions

TidyFrame needs macOS Accessibility permission to move and resize windows. It uses that permission only for window management. See our Privacy Policy for what data is (and isn't) collected.

No warranty

TidyFrame is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be free of bugs or work with every app or macOS version. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use TidyFrame after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Nothing in them limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your own country.
